Open Doors Learning Center Mission is to provide a positive learning experience through professionally supported learning services.  We are committed to assisting people succeed by empowering the community through education.

In Richmond and surrounding areas, the youth in our community need support.  We are here to provide it.  The Vision of ODLC is to provide learning services to all who want or need it for free.
